Razer Carcharias Vs 5h V2

Platini has decided, from 2011 to the way financial fair play

First was a utopia, is now a reality. Since last May, the Uefa have processed and approved by the major clubs in world football the so-called financial fair play. The proposal by President Michel Platini, is ready to be put in place by next season (2011-2012). But what is it, exactly? Dovendola explain in a few characters might be summarized this way: do not spend more than you earn. In fact, the speech-related financial fair play is much wider, and what was said a moment ago is just the departure. Platini has read as a creepy, especially in times of crisis: in 2008 the 732 first-division clubs in Europe have said 578 million deficit, spending more than € 7.1 billion in salaries of the players. Hence the idea, which then took shape and is ready to take off. Not all at once, however: the aim is a balanced budget by 2017, in a program of specific stages. In the first (2011-2014) will be allowed clubs to a maximum total deficit of 45 million euro, to be repaired with increases in capital and grants (not loans, especially in the case of Premier League clubs, where the particular wording in the property some teams may cause failure). In the second (2014-2017) allowed the shortfall will be 30 million to settle with the same formula described above few lines. Finally, the third phase, which ends (or at least should) with a balanced budget. Negative part of the account purchases and signings, not the expenses for the construction of new stadiums (or their reorganization) or investments in youth (defined as "costs virtuous"). So much indebted clubs such as Inter Milan in Italy (that year, except for certain purchases of second floor, did not buy any big but has even given up a talent like Mario Balotelli), will have to be careful, and spend less. Real Madrid could therefore regret the 1 billion spent on the market since 2000, as well as Barcelona (713) and Chelsea (600). Who will monitor compliance with the rules? Platini has also thought of this, with the creation of a panel of experts that in case of violations will report the case to the Disciplinary Committee of UEFA. The latter may impose penalties ranging from fines to the clubs to penalty points, up to expulsion from the tournament (the first victim in this was the Mallorcan, who will attend the next Champions League for a deficit unsustainable). So, dear presidents with the wallet full of Euros and dollars, attention: Platini no discounts!
